By end of the financial year 2020-2021; Starting of 2nd phase of training in the State of Uttar Pradesh to BPL beneficiaries belonging to Rural Parts of the state. The trainings will not only provide skill development training to the needy youth but at the end of these trainings these youths will be provided with employment opportunities thru which they will be able to earn sustainable livelihoods.
Another important goal is to start skill development training for the underprivileged youth of Jammu and Kashmir state by end of the current fiscal year. The trainings will not only help the youths to earn sustainable livelihoods, but the trainings will also ensure, they gradually become the part of mainstream society.
Aress also aims to start Entrepreneurship and Skill Development Program (ESDP) for the youths of Maharashtra and in other states. The ESDP would be aimed at achieving the objective of “AtmaNirbhar Bharat”. The trainings under ESDP would be a blended mix of Skill Development Trainings coupled with Non-Technical Trainings that would prepare the youths on processes and documentation formalities required for starting a self-owned business.

1.1.
